About Us
Global Rights for All Alliance (GRAA) is an independent National Human Rights Institution and a leading international agency in the promotion and protection of human and civil rights. Its operations are guided by the United Nations-approved Paris Principles on the establishment and functioning of independent national human rights institutions.
GRAA acts as a watchdog over governments in the area of human and civil rights, providing key leadership in moving countries towards a human rights-oriented state.
The main goals of GRAA are to investigate and provide redress for human and civil rights violations, research and monitor compliance with human rights norms and standards, conduct human rights education, facilitate training, campaigns, and advocacy on human and civil rights, and collaborate with other stakeholders in different countries.
At Global Rights for All Alliance, we focus on grassroots advocacy, policy change, and innovative community programs to drive meaningful change and support marginalized communities, upholding the rights that are at the heart of everything we do.

Mission
Our mission is to advocate for the fundamental human rights of individuals worldwide, ensuring that all people can enjoy freedom and dignity in a just society.
GRAA core mission is to advance education for all and empower people to learn and understand human and civil rights. In addition, our institute provides excellent training programs which give people the skills they need to pursue a career in human and civil rights as well as diplomacy.
In additional our mission is to protect and promote human and civil rights through policy, law and practice.

We envision a world where every person, regardless of their background, has the opportunity to thrive free from oppression and injustice.

The goal was put into five (5) strategic objectives as follows:
1. To enhance awareness and empower the public/right holders on human and civil rights and obligations
2. To increase access to justice and redress of human and civil rights violations in private and public spheres.
3. To promote the respect and observance of human and civil rights among public and private actors (duty bearers).
4. To enhance state’s compliance with national, regional and international instruments relating to human and civil rights.
5. To enhance efficiency, effectiveness, visibility and sustainability of the Commission

We base our values on the internationally recognized principles of universality; inalienability; indivisibility; interdependence, and inter-relatedness of human and civil rights; and the promotion of the rule of law. We endeavor to uphold the following values:
